Hop aboard Vienna’s historic Giant Ferris Wheel and witness breathtaking views of the UNESCO-listed city.
In eight cabins, the newly built The Wheel of History – illustrated through the Panorama exhibition – focuses on the history of Vienna in the past 2,000 years through artistic audio-visual installations.
This authentic cultural and architectural highlight of Vienna was originally built in 1897. It has a turning speed of 2.7km and is posed at 64.75-meters above the ground.
It’s a symbol of the Wiener Prater and a huge part of the city’s pride and culture.
From atop the Wheel, you’ll see the picturesque Vienna Woods, the magnificent Danube, the Marchfeld, and the Pannonian Basin.
